Management Accountant

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, Deeside based specialist manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.

This is an office-based role.

This opportunity would be ideal for an ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified Management Accountant with previous experience of full Management Accounts preparation and experience with costs / costings.

Salary/benefits:

• £40-50,000pa + Benefits

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable and sales processing
• Full production of monthly management accounts pack for review
• Detailed analysis of month end reporting with commentary on variances
• Experience of Invoice Discounting
• Cashflow forecasting
• Provide financial and stock control management support to senior management
• Mentor junior staff members in accounting best practices

Required Skills / Experience:

• - Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• - Proficiency in financial management and a good understanding of the manufacturing processes.(BOM, MRP etc)
• - Experience with accounting software Sage 200 or similar.
• - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and sales processes
• - Ability to conduct accurate financial accounting
• - Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior staff members
• - Excellent Excel skills
