Salary: £60,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus (~3–4%)
Location: Near Woking, Surrey (15 min drive from Guildford)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 09:00–17:15 / Fri 09:00–17:00 (36 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a highly successful international engineering and manufacturing group based near Woking. Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly group close and consolidation process
  
  
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and KPI packs
  
  
• Manage and develop two assistant accountants
  
  
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and margin reporting
  
  
• Support department heads with financial insight on cost structures
  
  
• Own group cashflow forecasting and balance sheet recs
  
  
• Assist with statutory accounts, audit prep, and corporation tax
  
  
• Lead or support systems/process improvement projects
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  
  
• Experience in a group or multi-entity reporting environment
  
  
• Manufacturing or engineering sector background preferred
  
  
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  
  
• Previous experience managing or mentoring staff
  
  
• Comfortable working with non-finance teams and explaining financials clearly
