Overview:
We are partnering with a purpose-driven and expanding organisation to recruit a talented Management Accountant. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in a collaborative finance team, supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, delivering accurate and insightful management accounts

• Prepare and analyse the P&L, balance sheet, revenue reconciliations, and variance reports

• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders

• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive financial performance and accountability

• Mentor and guide junior finance team members, supporting their development

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

• Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a multi-site or regulated business

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to interpret complex data

• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
