Reed Finance are currently recruiting for a really exciting client of ours, they are nationally recognised in their field! This role is crucial in supporting the Financial Controller with financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the smooth operation of the financial functions and driving business success. The business is undergoing a few changes, so it is a very exciting time to join and put your stamp on accounting processes!

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and posting month end journals, ensuring information is correct and completed within Finance SLA’s.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Review and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with preparation of month end accounts, collating all relevant information and identify variances, analysing any unusual cost trends to report to the FD

Ideally, You Will:

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA or be qualified by experience
• Must have proven, relevant experience in Management Accounts including balance sheet work and profit & loss analysis
• Have a proactive attitude, be enthusiastic with a flexible approach and ready to take initiative!
• Be a confident user of Microsoft Excel with at least the use of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
