Job Description - Management Accountant

Are you a part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in your career? We’re recruiting a Management Accountant for a growing business based in Luton. This is a progressive role offering the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and play a key part in managing and developing the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Overseeing daily operations within the finance function
Supporting the Finance Director with strategic financial planning
Helping to lead, mentor, and develop junior finance staff
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
Business partnering with key stakeholders across departments

About You:

Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent) with a view to qualifying
Experience in a similar management accounting role
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical ability
Proactive and keen to grow within a dynamic finance environment

What’s on Offer:

£45,000 - £48,000 salary (depending on experience)
