Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Office Based - 2pm finish on a Friday!

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
• Month-End Closing: Lead the month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Financial Statements: Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and manage internal and external audits.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and control to optimize financial efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• AAT qualified or ACCA or CIMA part qualified or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
