Management Accountant

Location: Bolton

Salary: circa £45,000- £50,000

I am currently recruiting for an experienced, established Management Accountant to join a fast growing, Retail business based in Bolton. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring accurate production of management accounts and making sure correct & efficient procedures are in place to allow for smooth running of the audit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide accurate and timely management reporting to assist to business stakeholders.
• Produce month end and year end journals.
• Prepare entity management accounts.
• Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
• Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.

Suitable candidates will have solid experience within a similar Management Accountant role, in a fast-paced environment. Qualified or part qualified candidates will be considered.
