?? About the Role:As a key member of this finance team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with the Financial Controller and wider business to ensure robust financial management and forecasting.
?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and present a monthly management reporting pack for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and provide insightful forecasting.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

? About You:

• Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Proven experience in a similar management accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
