Management Accountant - £55,000 - £60,000 - Hook - Hybrid Working & Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA

IN2 Consult are partnering with a super-high growth company in their search for a Management Accountant who will play a key role in shaping and developing Financial Reporting capabilities, processes & procedures and control. This is an opportunity to develop a best-in-class finance function to support a growing business.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Production of efficient, timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Preparation and posting of month-end journals
• General ledger & balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the Finance Manager with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Producing detailed financial analysis of large, complex data sets
• Participation in ad-hoc projects
• Assisting with internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate for this role with have the following:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or finalist with 1 or 2 exams remaining
• Experience of working with inventory or stock
• Experience in dealing with large, complex data sets
• Background in financial and management reporting
• Strong, current technical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Experience of improving financial and operational processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Articulate, persuasive, confident, possessing sound intellect; a self-starter with the ability to combine professional rigour with practical business requirements
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision accounting system (preferred, but not essential).
