• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly management accounts.
• Manage both sales and purchase ledgers with precision.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and the management of expenses to optimize resources.
• Lead a talented team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold financial best practices and contribute to strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data to aid in forecasting and financial planning, providing actionable insights.

• Demonstrated experience in a Management Accountant role or similar.
• Robust understanding of accounting principles and adept at financial management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.
• Relevant professional qualifications in Accounting or Finance (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
