• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Meeting financial accounting objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances.
• Guiding other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Monitoring and confirming financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.
• Achieving accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Protecting the organisation's value by keeping information confidential.
• Maintaining financial security by establishing internal controls.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Experience as a Management Accountant
• Proficient skills in accounting software and MS Office, especially in Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
