Management Accountant

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing client in the manufacturing sector for an experienced Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where your financial insight can really influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Analyse budget vs. actuals and highlight key variances
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and intercompany journals
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and departmental reports
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

• Collaborate with operational teams to track costs and boost efficiency

What You’ll Need:

• Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
• Solid experience in month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
• Experience in manufacturing or construction (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
