Job Advert: Management Accountant

Location: Redditch, Office Based

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £40K - £45K + 5% Bonus

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team.

You’ll be responsible for managing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful reporting to support business performance. This role also forms part of the local management team and offers the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Perform month-end reconciliations and weekly revenue reporting
• Submit quarterly VAT returns and support annual audits
• Oversee payroll processing and commission calculations
• Manage SAGE system accuracy and updates
• Stakeholder management

What we are looking for:

• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong experience with Sage (preferably Sage 50)
• Ability to work alone or in small team
• Previous experience within a Management Accountant role
