Management Accountant

An established £14m turnover manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a key role focused on cost control, systems development, and delivering high-quality financial insight.

This is a newly created, permanent position, with scope for progression within a fast-growing group,

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial forecasts
• Cost analysis, margin tracking, and cost control
• Supporting annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Developing and improving financial systems and reporting tools
• Monitoring key financial KPIs and identifying performance trends
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
• Providing financial insight and support to operational managers

Candidate Profile:

• CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified ( QBE considered with relevant experience )
• Background in manufacturing or product based environments
• Strong understanding of costing and financial systems
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator, able to engage across the business
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Package & Benefits:

• £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable)
• 25 days holiday + 8 statutory days

• 1pm finish on Fridays!
