Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing insightful commentary on variances.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Reconcile balance sheets and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide financial reports and analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Support the year-end audit process by preparing relevant documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve reporting systems.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should:

• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Essential
• Proven experience in management accounting - Essential
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Essential
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Essential
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders - Essential
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvement - Essential
