• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Maintain and improve internal financial processes and controls.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process efficiency.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance
• Professional qualifications or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
