We're seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to take charge of the management accounts and month-end process for a thriving £20 million turnover, service-based business. Here, the devil is in the detail - so if you love getting stuck into the nitty gritty of accounting, this role is made for you.

What you'll do:

• Own the management accounts and month-end reporting
• Dive deep into detailed financial analysis and pack production
• Work closely with a supportive Finance Manager for high-level guidance
• Lead and mentor a small but strong team of 2 Junior Accountants handling transactional work, freeing you up to focus on what really matters
