Management Accountant

• Annual Salary: £40k - £50k

Join a well-established company in the Bolton area as a Management Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director, who will serve as a mentor, helping you to develop and refine your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciling intercompany balances
• Managing stock, bank accounts, prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets
• Conducting analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet
• Investigating and resolving any unusual variances
• Oversight of purchase and sales ledgers
• Supporting both internal and external audits
• Providing ad-hoc support as required within the finance team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Part Qualified or finalist in ACCA / ACA
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail
• Candidates from both practice and industry backgrounds will be considered
