Job Title: Management Accountant

Salary: £35k-£40k plus excellent benefits

Are you a Management Accountant who thrives on variety, client relationships, and making a real impact in growing businesses? We're working with a dynamic and forward-thinking professional services firm that's expanding its outsourcing and finance support function.

You'll be working directly with decision-makers across a diverse portfolio of clients, taking ownership of their financial reporting, building tailored management accounts, and helping them steer their businesses in the right direction. Whether it's a full outsourced solution or advisory support on VAT, cloud systems, or compliance, you'll be the go-to expert they trust.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of outsourced finance services to a varied client base
• Reviewing and maintaining clients' books and records, with support from junior team members
• Preparing bespoke management reports and insightful financial analysis
• Supporting VAT compliance and advising on best practices
• Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Helping shape the future of how outsourced finance is delivered

What We're Looking For:

• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified (or QBE with strong experience)
• Confident using cloud-based accounting systems (think Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Experience producing management accounts and dealing with clients directly
• Knowledge of VAT rules and Making Tax Digital requirements
• A proactive, people-first approach and a flair for building trust
