WE'RE HIRING: Management Accountant – TV Production

London | Hybrid (3+ days office-based) | circa £45,000

Are you a Management Accountant with 1–2 years of end-to-end management accounts experience? Have you worked in a TV, media production or broadcast environment and love the pace and energy that comes with it?

We’re hiring for a key finance role within a busy, creatively-driven production company. You’ll play a central part in the delivery of accurate, insightful financials across multiple shows — from monthly close and royalty tracking to production reconciliations and reporting.

?? What you’ll be doing:

End-to-end month-end management accounts across multiple productions
Preparation of financial statements, accruals, prepayments, and journals
Managing royalty schedules and third-party statements
Invoicing to broadcasters and clients, managing milestone payments
Reconciling budgets, intercompany accounts, payroll and expenses
Supporting with audit prep, VAT returns, and balance sheet recs
Working with the production team to align budgets and forecasts
Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register & monthly depreciation
Providing cashflow updates and helping to improve financial processes
Acting as a key bridge between finance and production

? What we’re looking for:

Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or finalist-level
1–2 years' experience of end-to-end management accounts
Background in TV, media production or broadcast
Strong Excel skills – pivots, lookups, sumifs
Solid technical understanding (accruals, debits/credits etc.)
Confident communicator with both finance and non-finance teams
Organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple deadlines
