Management Accountant

The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations and support the leadership team with insightful analysis. You'll be the go-to person for management accounts, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, working closely with both finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Budgeting and variance analysis
• Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance
• Supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Process improvement and systems development
• Supporting year-end audit and compliance tasks

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a hands-on management accounting role
• Strong communication skills with confidence to work across all levels of the business
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge
