Management Accountant

We are recruiting exclusively for a leading UK organisation and supplier of a very exciting product. The client is passionate about quality, innovation and sustainability, the company turnover is £30 million.

We are on the lookout for a qualified or finalist Management Accountant to join a dynamic team and help drive our continued success. This exciting opportunity would suit a high calibre candidate who has moved from a reputable practice into industry or is looking to make this exciting move.

The Role: You will be responsible for the month-end reporting process for five group entities and support the finance team with a mix of hands-on accounting, analytical review, and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to develop in a fast-paced business, with mentorship from an experienced and talented Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end reporting and reconciliations across group entities
• Manage intercompany transactions, bank reconciliations, stock, and fixed assets
• Analytical review of P&L and balance sheet variances
• Oversee purchase and sales ledgers
• Support internal and external audits
• Complete VAT, ONS, and sustainability reporting
• Provide ad hoc financial support as required

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Background in either practice or industry
