Management Accountant

In this role, you'll play a vital part in producing regular financial statements and performance summaries, contributing to budgets and forecasts, and delivering valuable insights that help guide the business. You'll be instrumental in preparing profit and loss reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets on a monthly and quarterly basis, while also interpreting the numbers to explain key variances and trends.

You’ll support financial planning through the development of forecasts and models, help track budget performance, and work closely with other teams to ensure resources are being used effectively. There’s also a strong focus on cost control. Whether it's analysing project profitability, reviewing pricing strategies, or managing Construction WIP, your work will directly contribute to improving margins and long-term financial stability.

We’re also looking for someone eager to get involved with systems and process improvements. From contributing to software upgrades to supporting ad hoc financial projects, this is a great opportunity to stretch your skills and grow in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

To be successful, you’ll ideally be part-qualified (or hold a relevant degree) with at least a year of experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role. Strong Excel skills are essential, along with a solid grasp of financial systems and an eye for detail. Just as important is your ability to work well under pressure, communicate financial insights clearly, and manage competing priorities.
