Overview
Goldhawk Associates is working in partnership with a well-established international business, who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their operational finance team based in Kent. This is a key role supporting the production and commercial reporting, with broad exposure across financial planning, compliance, and analysis.

The Role
You’ll play a vital part in delivering timely and accurate financial information to both the local and wider group finance functions. The focus will be on supporting the monthly management accounts cycle and enhancing financial visibility across operations.

Key Duties Include:

• Producing monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet)
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Daily/weekly reporting of operational KPIs and variances
• Cashflow forecasting and revenue analysis
• VAT and tax reporting
• Supporting standard costing processes and stock take activities
• Process improvement and reporting automation
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements
• Working closely with non-finance stakeholders across operations and production

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Familiar with standard costing and margin reporting
• Able to work to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders
