Management Accountant

Change Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a local business in finding a Management Accountant to join their established accounts team. This is an office based role, working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for providing timely monthly management accounts for the senior management team and other stakeholders. As well as this you will take responsibility for the preparation of budgets and year end accounts. Management of internal KPI’s, utilising advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and present data.

Duties to include:

• Production of timely management accounts on a monthly basis
• Setting and reviewing annual budgets with other stakeholders
• Assisting in the provision of year end accounts
• Creation of monthly KPI’s
• Business partnering with colleagues across the group (elements of travel may be required)
• Heavily involved in process improvement within the wider finance function
• Ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior leadership team

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a similar role, and ideally hold a formal (or be studying towards) a formal accounting qualification.
