Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Management Accountant to Join a Senior Leadership Team!

We are proud to be working with our client, a thriving and ambitious business, in their search for a talented Management Accountant to join their senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in shaping the company’s growth by delivering accurate financial projections and strategic insight.

You will take ownership of the financial operations, providing the leadership and expertise needed to drive informed decision-making at the highest level. If you’re ready to make a real impact in a forward-thinking environment, we want to hear from you.

As the Management Accountant, you will be:

• Prepare monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
• Develop and track financial performance, budgets and costs
• Suggest and make improvements as required
• Monitor sales, client and financial records, producing operational performance reports
• Produce cash flow forecasts
• Manage the wider accounts team on day-to-day accounts
• Manage CIS compliance
• Lead on the preparation of year-end and audits

As the Management Accountant, you will have:

• A CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualification or qualified by experience
• Experience within a Management Accounting role
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to Manage Accounts on different types of projects
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management experience
