Are you a hands-on Management Accountant looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a busy finance team during a period of change.

• Perform monthly salary reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in month-end reporting and financial close activities
• Provide ad hoc financial support to relieve pressure on the core finance team

• Proven experience in a management accounting role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Available to start immediately or on short notice
