Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the FMCG sector.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Oversee cash flow management and identify areas for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors as needed.
• Deliver financial reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Profile

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
