Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next opportunity? A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a talented and driven Management Accountant. Key Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting accurate monthly management accounts for the business and its subsidiary.
" Ensuring compliance with purchasing and payment procedures.
" Supporting the development and documentation of business processes and accounting policies.
" Overseeing junior finance staff as required.
" Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports.
" Assisting in financial and stock audits.
" Performing bank account and wages reconciliations.
" Supporting credit control and payroll functions.
" Preparing cash flow forecasts and monthly VAT returns.
" Contributing to the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
" Providing financial support to the subsidiary business.
" Supporting the Senior Management Team in the absence of the Finance Director.
" Handling ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Expectations in the role

" All financial reporting is delivered on time and to a high standard.
" Daily reconciliation of all bank accounts.
" Monthly reconciliation of all ledgers.
" Timely and accurate invoice processing.
" Prompt escalation of discrepancies to the Finance Director.
" Part Qualified - AAT, ACCA or CIMA required for role

The experienced Management Accountant must have experience in process improvements, streamlines processes and happy to challenge when needed in the role.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:30pm with additional benefits.
