Management Accountant

I am working on behalf of a large multinational manufacturing business with a global network of offices, including this one in Castle Donnington.

About the RoleMy client are seeking a qualified and experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing business based in Castle Donnington with a 40% in the office hybrid working policy. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting processes, and providing financial insights to help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Meet strict reporting deadlines set by the parent company.
• Assist in the preparation of CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Collaborate with managers to analyse financial performance and resolve issues.
• Support the annual statutory audit process.
• Mentor and support junior finance team members.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support senior management with financial analysis.

Requirements

• CIMA or ACA qualified, part qualified or QBE.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
