Description

The key responsibilities of a Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to align with business objectives.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and control costs effectively.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports and analysis to senior management.

Profile

The successful Management Accountant will:

• Proven experience in management accounting.
• Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
