I'm delighted to be exclusively partnered with a company based in Northwich as they seek a Management Accountant to add to their finance team. You will be working alongside a brilliant Financial Controller and will be exposed to all areas of finance.

This specialist maintenance firm have a brilliant name within their field and a great working environment. Due to continued growth they are needing to build their finance team.

The Management Accountant role will be an integral piece within the company and my client is looking for somebody hard-working, personable and positive.

Key Duties:

• Having control of collating information for monthly management packs and presenting to senior management
• Control over P&L
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting variances to budget and forecasts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost control initiatives
• Provide financial support and insights to business units and management teams
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Overseeing financials for the company fleet

About you:

• A part-qualified or QBE Management Accountant
• Locally-based and able to work full-time in the office
• A positive, proactive person who can work in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally from an SME background - any experience with fleet management would be a huge benefit
