Management Accountant

Management Accountant / Part Qualified Accountant opportunity for a driven, meticulous part qualified candidate.

The role offers the ability to grow and develop your finance skills and to complete your studies.

Key Responsibilities within the role

• Daily Balance sheet reconciliation
• Manage the asset register and produce the VAT return.
• Conduct analysis and produce forecasts against budgets.
• Analysis of spend and transactions across AP, AR, and Credit areas.
• Month end and year end accounts production
• Seek to drive efficiency and process improvements, reducing time and improving quality within month end and reporting.
• Supporting Finance Manager and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Ideally you will have the following experience, skills, and Qualifications.

- 3-6 years of professional experience, within a service industry.
- Relevant undergraduate degree.
- Currently working towards an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).

Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel and Accountancy systems experience
• Ability to manage deadlines and perform under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Organisational and Analytical skills
• Works well in a small team and deliver information to the wider organisation.

Two stage interview including an accounts assessment with Excel tests.

Salary 38k - 45k pa
