Management Accountant

We're looking for a part qualified Management Accountant to join a global manufacturing business, supporting month-end accounts, budgeting, and financial analysis. It's a hands-on role with great exposure to operational teams, ideal for someone building their career in management account

Description

You'll be working alongside experienced finance colleagues in a role that gives you real involvement in the numbers that matter. This is a broad management accounts position where your day might include:

• Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partnering with operational teams to help them understand their financial performance
• Assisting with cost analysis and variance reporting
• Getting involved in projects that improve processes and systems

Profile

• You're part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or similar) and working your way through the exams
• You've got experience within a finance function - ideally in a manufacturing or product-focused business, but we're open on sector if you understand how to work with operational teams
• You're comfortable with Excel, numbers, and bringing financial data to life for non-finance colleagues
• Most importantly, you're the kind of person who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in
