Management Accountant

This management accountant role will directly support the Finance Director, with daily bookkeeping, producing management accounts and reporting to senior stakeholders across the business.

My client are a well established SME Events company, who are soon to go through fast expansion across the business. This Management Accountant role will be support the company as they grow.

Description

• End to end bookkeeping, including AP, AR, Credit control and reconciliations
• Month end duties, including balance sheet reconciliations, review P&L, posting journals
• Assisting budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor cash flow
• Support year-end and audit
• Assist in preparing financial reports for external stakeholders.
• Assisting with identifying and implementing process and system improvements
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Part-qualified of finalist ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Strong double entry bookkeeping understanding experience
• Experience producing management accounts / month end duties
• Strong excel experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience producing and presenting reports on excel is desirable
• Experience with SUN is desirable

Job Offer

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary (some flexibility based on experience)
