Management Accountant

Fin Search are recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis for a growing service provider based in Elland.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong management accountant looking for a career move in to an expanding business in a team headed up by a reputable Head of Finance.

Reporting in to a CIMA qualified Head of Finance, the management accountant will sit as part of a bright, friendly team, responsible for producing the monthly management accounts to include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and reconciling budgets and forecasts.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, detailed month end reconciliations, posting journals, cost and revenue reconciliations, producing reports for budget holders, assisting with VAT returns, assisting with the year end audit process and producing reports for key internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT qualified/part qualified (QBEs will also be considered)
• Have proven management accounts experience
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have excellent Excel skills

Up to £50,000 + CIMA/ACCA study support (if desired) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) plus Christmas shut down + 5% pension scheme + health cash plan + 4 x death in service + free on site parking + hybrid working model
