Eaton Syalon are partnering with a high growth business based in South Derbyshire who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant. This opportunity is great for a qualified individual who is looking for a Management Accounting role which will offer a clear progression route.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of head office accounting, including management accounts packs, budget and forecasting. Reporting to senior management to explain key drivers and variances
• Accruals / prepayments
• Performing fixed asset register reviews
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the FP&A Lead with budget and forecasting
• Supporting with consolidating the management accounts produced by regional teams and submitting to Group Finance team
• Stock reconciliations
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Line management of Assistant Management Accountant

Person Profile:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous management accounting experience
• Large business background/exposure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business
• A driven/ambitious individual
• Great for someone who is keen to line manage staff members
