Management Accountant

Responsibilities:

As the Management Accountant, you will…

Requirements:

• Ensuring completion of all month-end processes within set deadlines
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, including detailed revenue and gross profit % variance analysis
• Monthly reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting FC in preparing annual rolling business plans for specific projects, presented to the Board
• Business partnering with key stakeholders, to analyse monthly expenditure vs. budget
• Enhancing understanding of gross profit margin drivers
• Developing and implementing new management reports
• Weekly reporting and monitoring of KPIs, job performance, and revenues
• Conducting profitability analysis
• Assisting with the Year End audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

As the Management Accountant, you will need…

• Either studying or fully qualified (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Understand financial analysis and you will be able to support key stakeholders with decision-making support
• Cost accounting experience (advantageous)
• Advanced Excel skills
• High energy, ambitious, and driven attitude with a passion for people and finance
• Excellent communication skills
