Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in the finance function. You will provide accurate financial reporting and deliver meaningful analysis to support key decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
• Conducting variance analysis to provide practical insights to senior management
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial controls
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Supporting the year-end audit process across multiple entities
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Identifying and implementing improvements to finance processes
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Providing holiday cover across purchase and sales ledger activities
• Managing foreign exchange transactions for subsidiary companies
• Supplying payroll information to external payroll providers

Profile

We are looking for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with variety in their role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar finance role
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business
• Confidence to guide and support junior team members
• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
