Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic, high-growth, PE-backed multi-site business. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a commercially focused finance role within a company going through rapid expansion and transformation.

Working closely with the senior finance team, you'll take full ownership of monthly management reporting across multiple sites and help drive improvements in financial insight and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full production of monthly management accounts with commentary

• Multi-site P&L and variance analysis

• Partnering with operational teams to improve performance

• Budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Supporting year-end and audit preparation

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with 1-2 years PQE

• Experience in a multi-site environment is essential

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Proactive and commercially minded

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
