Description

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support decision-making.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely reporting.
• Monitor and control departmental expenditure in line with financial plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing required documentation.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Studying towards professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
