Management Accountant

Are you a part-qualified accountant looking to step into a commercially focused role with real career progression? I'm working with a fast-growing business that's looking to add a talented Part-Qualified Management Accountant to its high-performing finance team based in Wellingborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone actively studying (CIMA / ACCA) and ready to take ownership, work closely with stakeholders, and grow within a supportive, dynamic environment.

You'll support the month-end process, provide financial insight, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. You'll be given exposure to business partnering and supported to develop into a fully qualified management accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Perform variance analysis and support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Help with month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Support internal reporting and provide commercial analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Assist with ongoing finance projects and process improvements

Experience:

• Actively studying CIMA or ACCA (or similar)
• Confident with Excel and finance systems
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn

Benefits:

• £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience
