Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate in their later stages of AAT or newly AAT qualified professional with some previous exposure to management accounts, looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and forward-thinking team.

• Maintaining fixed asset registers and managing monthly depreciation

• Reconciling stock, bank accounts, intercompany balances, and VAT

• Posting journals and managing prepayments, accruals, and WIP

• Reviewing nominal ledgers and ensuring clean month-end close

• Supporting audits, forecasting, and internal reporting deadlines

• A solid understanding of accounting principles

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 200 (ideally)
