With continued growth and a commitment to internal development, they're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant looking to broaden their skills. You'll join a welcoming, forward-thinking finance team and work closely with project leads and senior finance partners to deliver accurate reporting, valuable insights, and commercial guidance. Whether you're looking to strengthen your project accounting knowledge or simply want a platform to progress, this is an exciting and rewarding next step.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £50,000.00 plus car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals
• Supporting project accounting across key sites, monitoring spend vs budget
• Supporting the business partners with commercial and operational teams communication to improve financial understanding
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting with forecasting and budgeting processes
• Month-end and year-end support
• Maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with group policies
• Helping drive continuous improvement across reporting and processes

Candidate Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience preparing management accounts
• Exposure to project or cost accounting desirable
• Great communicator - able to explain the numbers to non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to grow
