Are you a commercially focused Management Accountant looking to join a high-growth, £20m turnover digital business backed by private equity? This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a dynamic and ambitious company.

As Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders, combining strong technical ability with commercial acumen. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, building relationships, and contributing to decision-making processes.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and forecasts for board-level reporting.

• Ownership of cash flow management and supplier payment processes.

• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and e-commerce payment platforms.

• Submission of VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and related financial reports.

• Preparation of year-end statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors.

• Supervision and development of two Accounts Technicians.

• Business partnering with internal teams to support budgeting and financial planning.

• Driving process improvement across the finance function.

• Fully qualified: CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced business environment.

• Strong understanding of management and statutory reporting.

• Confident user of Sage (or similar systems) and Excel.

• Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate clearly with non-finance colleagues.

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

• Hybrid working (2-3 days in the Leeds City Centre office).
