Management Accountant

You'll be central to managing the preperation of management information in a clear, accurate and timely manner. You'll be at the heart of the business, providing data-driven insights that support decision-making across multiple teams.

• Own the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Analyse variances and trends, delivering clear commentary at group and entity level

• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure data integrity in reporting systems

• Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR, payroll, operations, and leadership teams

• Produce and review performance-related financial reports, including P&Ls and commission statements

• Support audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with strong post-qualification experience

• Proven experience in management accounting

• Comfortable working with complex financial data and able to deliver insights with clarity

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working with a high degree of autonomy

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; confident presenting analysis to senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
