We're looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional who's confident in managing month-end reporting, engaging with budget holders, and leading a small team. This role is ideal for someone looking to move into a senior finance position and make their mark in a business that values initiative, continuous improvement, and leadership potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the production of accurate monthly management accounts, reporting to group and local deadlines

• Deliver insightful analysis and partner with business leaders to improve cost control

• Manage and develop a direct report and support a wider finance team

• Drive balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close for multiple entities

• Provide VAT and tax analysis support, while liaising with Treasury and external auditors

• Play a key role in systems improvement, process automation, and integration projects

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

• Ambitious and self-starting with a hunger for progression

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
