Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Analyse financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
• Completion of year end audit files and year end liaison with external auditors.
• Production of accurate and timely monthly Management Accounts for international offices including all balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss schedules and monthly KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Oversee cost control measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience in management accounting with an international organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in dealing, or assisting with, a system implementation.
• An ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
