Description

The key responsibilities for the role of Management Accountant will include:

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operational teams
• Take ownership of contract-level P&L performance and financial reporting
• Partner with non-finance stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making
• Review and challenge transactional data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Progression towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA/CIMA), with study support available
• A solid foundation in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance teams
• Proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements
• Experience working in a medium to large business environment is advantageous

Job Offer

The role of Management Accountant offers a competitive salary from £40,000 - £47,000 per annum, plus:
