Management Accountant

We are excited to be supporting a well-known, large, forward thinking business based in Coventry. We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) to join a high-impact finance team, reporting into a Finance Business Partner. You'll be responsible for leading the full monthly management accounting cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with operational and commercial teams to support strategy and performance improvement. This is an opportunity to bring financial leadership, innovation, and visibility, delivering meaningful insight and process improvements across a busy business.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £57,000.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing clear insight and scenarios to decision-makers
• Act as a finance partner to business managers, helping translate financial data into actionable decisions
• Lead on process improvements and financial controls, enhancing compliance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to share best practice and drive financial excellence

Candidate Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in management or financial accounting
• Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in planning, forecasting, and business partnering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at various levels
• Confident in challenging status quo and proposing process improvements
